External HD being found in Parallel window

I have two LaCie 160 HD's which are accessible when I am in OS 10 Mac, but they do not show up in XP Windows ala parallels. How do I access them with Windows XP and Parallels software?
 
Use the Shared Folders area. You can't directly access them. It is similar to accessing disks over a network.
