Hello,

I'm having a problem connecting m.2 disk to this UGREEN dual M.2 Enclosure.

It doesn't fit, I can't make it work.

I already have another Asus rog strix arion m.2 enclosure (PIC 5) and everything is working fine , I know how to connect hardware.

I tried to put inside Samsung m.2 980 pro 2TB and kingston 2TB but it doesn't fit.

I look everywhere on internet for help and this model is like from the future, can't be found :) and then I thought that this is just a fake enclosure and it does not work an even on ugreen.com they don't have that model.

I almost buy another Samsung m.2 980 pro 2TB for raid connection, but I want to see how it work whit just one...

Can anybody help me about this? I hoping I'm just stupid and everything is working but I don't know how to cnnect this m.2 disk.

Thanks

I don't have this case, but had issues with another one that I gave to my son.

Can you post photos of the card and how it doesn't fit? Will it not slip into the pin slot?

In my case, you really had to find that correct angle for it to slip into the slot just right. It took a little bit of finesse, but it finally worked on my Sabrent single drive case.

I have another case and it is very easy to install disk but I found out on another forum that this is a case for "b-key" and my m.2 disk is "m-key" that is the problem. I still don't know what it means...
But I was hoping that I would have 2 disk inside one case, that would be nice...
