Hi guys - I'm about to purchase the 15" 2017 MacBook Pro and am looking at monitor options for my home setup. I really don't need 5K - 4K is plenty. I work mostly in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and web and have 2 27" screens at the office (4K iMac & Dell p2715qt) and I feel like one 24" will be fine for home. I'm new to Macs and have read that some people have had some trouble connecting monitors requiring adapters to the new MBP's. Any input would be much appreciated :)

You can use Caldigit USB-C Dock or Thunderbolt station 3, or thunderbolt station 3 lite. All have been working properly with 4K or smaller monitors. or buy a video dongle to convert from thunderbolt 3 to displayport or hdmi, vga, dvi.
