Hi I want to setup an external monitor with my m1 MacBook using only one usb c cable for charging, external monitor and 2x usb stick transfer.
I know there are hubs, but I have tried the couple of brands from Amazon and things are not stable especially transferring data.
I saw LG and dell display have a couple of monitors that has a hub inside the display? But I don’t know how compatible they are with macs.

anyone has any experience or suggestions?

I have a LG Ultrafine 5K display made for Apple that ist hooked to my Mac mini M1. This is a rather expensive solution but works really well. There is one Thunderbolt cable, delivered with the monitor, connecting the monitor and the Mac (that also would charge a Macbook). The LG Ultrafine has additional three USB-C-connectors that work as a hub. For example, my wired mouse and keyboard are connected to the monitor.
This monitor also has sound and a integrated webcam so no need in this regard.

I can't give a definitive answer. In general, they should work, but the only LG monitor I ever had is the mentioned one. Maybe you could contact LG on their website and ask your question.
And/or you google your preferred monitor plus "mac" and check the results.

Currently there's a bug why almost every external monitors and the output color scheme. It seems like the Mac (at least the Mini) recognizes external monitors as TVs and output YPbPr color scheme instead of RGB using any outputs. On Dell display, it's pretty obvious since the actual input color scheme is displayed on OSD. Impossible to know with LG displays. EIZO made a public announcement of the bug https://www.eizoglobal.com/support/compatibility/pc/mac/apple-m1/

Low DPI displays struggle with Macs. I recommend you going 4K. I've read many positive reviews for the Dell U2720Q with M1. Same for 27UN850 or 27UL850. These are premium displays (a bit less than the LG Ultrafine 5K thought) with good color accuracy and reproduction. I'm myself in the process of buying new monitors and I've come down to these two monitors. I have a preference toward the Dell for its reliability and more power delivery. I always had Dell Ultrasharp displays and I've always been greatly satisfied.
