iPhone 15 Pro External ssd recording only for 4k Pro Res?

Anyone know if the external storage recording supports only for 4k pro res recording? Or does it work with regular quality video recording also?

Also wondering if ProRes recording is ONLY available on external storage. Or can it record ProRes 4K 30p onto internal storage like the 14Pro? If it can also record onto internal storage, is there still a limit to 1080p on the 128GB model?
