Hi!

I'm considering buying an iMac 24" and i've been thinking about how great it would be if it was possible to connect my PS3 to the imacs display somehow, either directly or through hardware/software.

Is it possible to connect a dvi or hdmi source to the imac's display directly or might it be possible through some external hardware combined with software? (so it runs under os x or something).

Hope someone can answer my questions!

Daniel

There is a way, but it's a bit involved. You can't plug straight into the miniDVI port (that's for an additional monitor). You might be able to get away with using a video converter via FW, such as this. You will likely need to start up Quicktime in full screen, and do a preview.
