Resolved Extra 16GB RAM on my 2018 MBP 15"

I have a 15" MacBook Pro 2018 2.6 GHz Intel i7 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 macOS Mojave which I bought from Maple India pre-configured.
Is there a way to increase the RAM to 32 GB by inserting a 16GB RAM slot ?

1. Do I have a single 16 GB RAM in my slot or two 8GBs ?

2. I can get the same RAM from Amazon - https://www.amazon.in/Apple-MP7N2G-2400MHz-SO-DIMM-Memory/dp/B072MLYQDM - but this seems to be 2x16GB and not a single 16 GB. What am I supposed to do with the extra 16GB ?

I’m pretty sure the memory in all 2016-onwards MBPs is soldered, and thus not upgradeable.

No, the RAM is soldered. Which goes for all retina models.
