Y'know, I just got to thinking...when installing the printer CD that came with my Epson printer, it probably put alot of software and stuff on my computer that I don't need--thus taking up space that I would like free....

Any way I could check this?

well I would just install the cd then go though and remove the extra crap. You do need the drivers off of the cd.

i would check and see if theres a folder it might have dumped it all in.
or, you could check the date you installed the epson drivers and search for all files installed that day.

You probably have an ArcSoft folder containing all those things you don't want and some Epson folders which you do want. All of them should exist within the Applications folder.

That's the way it is on mine.

I made the mistake of installing the Epson software on my system. It put rubbish everywhere. I managed to get rid of it all (can't remember the details) and I'm never going to put that CD in my system again!

I never use the CD. I usually just d/l the driver off the website. It's just easier, since I always wind up checking to make sure I have the latest stuff anyway.
