Hi there,

I have about 800 Contacts synced with iCloud. I recently removed my iCloud account from my computer and logged in to my girlfriend's iCloud account through the Settings pane in System Preferences in order to copy and paste some notes from her Gmail Notes into her Notes app. That worked perfectly. I logged out of hers, back into mine, and everything was fine.

However, she now has alllllllll of my contacts on her iPhone! I have an iTunes backup of her phone from a week ago so I want to know if there is a way to extract the contacts from this backup and resync those with her iCloud in order to eliminate all of my contacts from her account?

Thank you for your help!

Solved it. There's an application called "iBackup Extractor" that finds your iTunes backups and then lets you export the contact cards (up to 50 for free). However, it let me do all 150 for free. I then signed into my girlfriend's iCloud account on my iMac, deleted all of her contacts, then imported the contacts garnered from her week old backup. iCloud synced and everything is back to normal!
