I entered a password that I have forgotten due to my stupid weekend antics. I’m pretty sure I know the password but after only a few tries it says “iphone disabled connect to itunes” and when I do, nothing happens. I know the Apple store can clear out the phone, but the problem is I have many numbers that I cannot afford to lose. My question is if there is ANY way to extract those numbers before doing the wipe-out? Also, if I wait it out, how can I try and enter a few more passwords?

Isn't the idea that the iPhone syncs your contact data back and forth? This is the exact thing that's mean to avoid.

sorry but there are no synced contacts on my computer, I thought of that. I don't understand why but im not computer savy to begin with.
