Extracting audio from "copyrighted" .mov files

I just downloaded an aol sessions video from aol (obviously) and I like it because it is an acoustic version and sounds cool. I wanted to extract just the audio from the .mov file in QuickTime, but it won't let me. Upon further inspection I noticed that it is copyrighted and I assume this is why I can't get the audio. Is there anyway to do this, or have I reached a brick wall?

I had to run Audio Hijack to get it. Or you could run an audio cable to your audio in port from your audio out (provided you have an in cable). Or just pay 99 cents if it's on iTunes.

You could use Audacity (link) and do a "What you hear" recording, audacity is pretty good and its free. Then just hit record and play the file.
