Using a 5S on 7.1.2.

All I have is cydia. Nothing else. Battery drains line no other doing my regular day to day tasks.

Restored. Set up new. No Jb. Great battery.

Restored. Set up new. Jb. No tweaks yet. Horrible battery.

Same phone as my 7.0.6 jb through evasion which had great battery.

Any tips ?

Did you use a back up after you selected set up as new?

Stay stock for now. If, it is a real widespread problem Pangu may push out a fix.

If it's not widespread problem, then nothing will change and you won't see improved battery life.

How long have you had the JB before deciding that the battery life was bad? 1 day? 1 week?

No. Did each app individually.

Now just got a new phone and same results. So it's the jb.

Hmmm there must be something else in play here. I think if it was just the jailbreak there would be a huge response to it. I am on pangu 1.1.2 with no issues with battery life.

Where are you getting the download link from? Just a thought.

Try login out of icloud and delete all exchange accounts

Did you sync with icloud or itunes?

There does not appear to be a widespread battery life problem on pangu though

Must be in your particular setup

No I had the jb for 4 weeks with the exact same settings as my 7.0.6 jailbreak and experienced very bad battery. Then took everything but cydia off for a week.

Downloaded it through official pangu.

Should I do this ? Restore. Set up as new. Then jailbreak again?

DFU restore, setup as new and jailbreak again.

Do not restore any backups icloud or itune after that but do the setup manually.

Try not to log in to icloud for awhile

I never had a problem with pangu on my iphone 4 but i had this problem with the ipod touch 5th gen. When the percentage goes from 80% to 82%. It just bounces around for me. But its probably a battery prob for me

agreed never have has any issues with the jb and two of our ipad 3's
But then again, apple had issues with the iphone 5 batteries ;)
