I have a weird problem. On my iPad mini 4 i have at most around 10 to 12 hours of standby time available after i upgraded to iOS 12.01. Before that it was usually days, 5 or 6. When i check the battery settings it tells me that 76% of the usage has been Siri, and i don’t even use Siri on the iPad. I have since switched off everything in the Siri settings without any change. Funny enough, it doesn’t list Siri as background activity.

I have no idea how to fix that and is mainly use the iPad as a leisure instrument or when I’m travelling, it usually spends most of its time on standby.

I have the same problem with my SE. My iPad Mini 4 and my son’s SE are not affected. I even did a complete DFU reset and restore, and it still drains incredibly fast. Under 12.0 it was fine....it only happened after 12.0.1. I’m so frustrated I’m ready to pull my hair out. And the Apple Store Genius Bar was no help.

Yes, i have no problem whatsoever on my iPhone X, just on the mini, and before someone suggests that the battery might be old, the device is just a year old.
