I am recording some videos for my business, and are doing so looking at the lenses on the iphone 13 pro, to make connection to the people. When I look back at the video however it is showing me looking at the screen, (so lower down).

This is the same front and back camera. Does anyone know why this may be?

You must be subconsciously looking at the screen without realizing it. I just recorded two short test videos with both the front and rear cameras of my 13 Pro Max and focused on the lens with my eyes, and when I play them back I'm definitely looking at the lens. So unless your iPhone has some sort of rogue software on it that's working some sort of post-processing magic to make it look like you were focusing on the screen when you weren't, then you are looking at the screen instead of the lens.
