EyeTV lite w/ Hauppauge 950q

So, I have everything set up and it works, kind of.

The sound is perfect but the picture is a blurred, static covered mess. I've tried the troubleshooting tips listed online and nothing helped.

I'm about to lug the old TV back up to my room so I can plug the cable into it to be 100% sure that there's nothing wrong with the coax connection.

If that does nothing, I'm at a loss as to how to make this device work.

Please help!

just curious, did your 950Q come with an eyetv lite activation key? i'm expecting my 950Q tomorrow; maybe I can help you more with your issue once I've got it up and running.
