iPad Face ID broken on 12.9" iPad Pro 2018

So I took the plunge and installed B1 last night. Had to restore from an iTunes backup, and as I went through the process of setting the iPad up, it wanted to set up Face ID. Problem is, it doesn't work. When you are supposed to center your face in the frame, the camera is seemingly not active (I never see my face), and it times out quickly with a message saying that "Face ID is not available. Try setting up Face ID later."

I've hard rebooted, the camera works otherwise, but still can't set up Face ID.

Anyone seen this? I tried searching to see if anyone had this issue, but didn't find anything.

Works fine here, perhaps try wiping and start clean or revert to 12.

Reinstall via 3UTools. It fixed it for me

Have you installed the iOS 13 beta using iTunes on Windows? I've heard from several people that that breaks FaceID.

Nope - with idevicerestore. I’ll try again with 3UTools I guess.

The Face ID problem is a known issue with that method. 3UTools is a quick and easy fix
