iPhone Face ID different on iPhone 11 vs 11 Pro

I have two phones at the moment. I just noticed that iPhone 11 has a different Face ID unlock animation than 11 Pro. The one for 11 has a blue circle while that for 11 Pro seems faster. Anybody else notice this?

Ok, I reset iPhone 11 and it is as fast as the Pro. Not sure why there was initially such a big difference.
