Face ID doesn't work in dark

Hi,
Face ID on my iPhone 14 PM doesn't work in low light conditions. I read online that's it'd an infrared sensor and supposed to work in all conditions.

Anyone else with the same issue or just me?

Mine works in complete darkness. Maybe take it to the Apple Store

Soft Reset the phone (not hard reset), and try again...

FaceID works in complete darkness for me. Direct bright sunlight causes issues though
