Great to see speed has increased. Interesting to see by how much.
But a few things not mentioned in the keynote which I would've liked -
• no improved angle detection.
• Also want to know if it's smarter in the sense of re-scanning, post-failure, more often.
• But the main concern to me about the new Face ID system is that no support for Landscape mode was mentioned at the Keynote.
It has me worried as I was expecting the new iPads to contain the same Face ID unit as these new iPhones.
Now, if they end up sharing the same unit, that means no Landscape Face ID unlock for the new iPad Pros, which is a big negative for me.
