That is not how stats work.... It is adding a statistical value to the rarity of it occurring. In my field we call that Prosecutor's fallacy. If i were to put 759992400 billion red chips chips in a bag plus 7600 black chips and let you draw, you will NOT pick black 7600 times in 7.6 billion draws.

I wasn't meaning to be condescending. I just meant to say that it should be even more impossible than we think.

If you left out the chips that you took out each time, wouldn't that be the case?
Then the stats would change. In order for it to be say, one in a million, you have to put the chips drawn back in. If you don't, it is no longer one in a million.
