Face ID suddenly not working

Lastest iOS 12 beta installed and yesterday Face ID stopped working (I changed my passcode yesterday too) and I try to setup Face ID and the camera comes on but then it says "Face ID unavailable" "try setting up later".

anyone else have come across this issue?

I had the same issue on the previous PB, it randomly fixed itself after 48 hours

Apple will give you replacement iPhone. go to apple store

If a full restore from backup doesn't fix it, it might be a hardware issue. My FaceID has been, and continues to be (including on today's beta), flawless.

This happened to me on beta 3, maybe a day or two after installing. I tried the resets and pretty much everything except restoring to 11.4, but nothing worked. However, it suddenly started working again on beta 5! Have you updated?
