I am developing an iOS and Android game to be released very soon. I have been trying to do the Facebook Business Verification since December 25 and have had no luck. They asked me to submit a picture of my driver's license or passport card in order to verify my information. They did not even ask for any of my business documents like my certificate of formation or my EIN at all. I submitted my driver's license, and was not given any response back. I have done this several times, with the same exact response. Everytime I go back to Complete Verification, it asks me to submit my driver's license or identifying information again. At first, I enter my organizaton, it's name and address and EIN, and it immediately prompts me to enter my ID. I can attach some of the images I've received with this post. Has anyone had a similar issue?
