I've been looking for anything that can help me with this but nothing yet... My Facebook app sends notifications just fine, a little too fine tho... I get a notification every time someone sends me something via farmville... Aside from not playing farmville, is there anyway to stop those notifications? I've gone into settings and turned off "Application requests" but that's not what I'm getting notifications for... Getting notified every time someone sends me a special delivery... That's the one I want to stop lol... Anyone else have this issue??

Yes, I am having the same problem. It seems like a recent development, since I haven't been getting all these notifications until this past week or so. I'm not seeing a setting to block them anywhere, aside from blocking all Facebook App notifications under the Notifications settings.
The Facebook website gives no control (that I can find) other than email notifications.

Not sure if you found the answer to this already but I think I figured it out - you have to do it from your iPhone - open facebook and go to the black bar on the left with all the options - scroll to the bottom and select "account", then "account settings" - select "Apps and Websites", then select "Farmville" - scroll all the way to the bottom and where it says "Push Notifications" (which should be red, select disable. It's been blissfully silent since I did that so as far as I can tell, that worked.
