I like this thread so far. :D

And on topic, it is about time. Now to see what might have changed for the better (hopefully nothing for the worse).

Oh no, not the fail whale!:( The fail whale is one of the many reasons I am moving away from Facebook to other social networking sites. If it weren't for me having real life friends on Facebook, I'd probably close my account.

Back onto topic: I like the new update (I'm also surprised with how fast it was released, less than 2 weeks after iOS 4 was released). Fast app switching is a great addition. However, it would be nice to see more advanced features that are found on the web version.

Hey relax I'm 15 get off your high horse

Sad. When I was 15, we did a completely different (and altogether more enjoyable!) kind of poking.

Too bad this update sucks. You have to manually refresh it every time now and the notifications don't work unless you manually refresh them.

For some reason I'm getting duplicate contacts in my contact list. I think it has to do with my facebook app being set to sync photos with my contacts.

Can you tell me how this is done? I used to be able to do this with my BlackBerry, but can't figure out hot to sync contact photos from FB with my new iPhone.

I see what you mean, but while Facebook is interesting, I don't revolve around it like some people I know
