So I accidentally deleted the Facebook messenger app from my iPhone. It's still in my library, but I cant get it back on my iPhone. What do I do?

Sounds like you might not have actually deleted it, but removed it from the Home Screen and basically moved it to the App Library. You should be able to move it back:
