I'm sorry if I posted in the wrong section. Recently when somebody messages me on FaceBook it shows up in notifications both on my mac and iPhone. Yesterday it would show the actually message example. "Max: Hi" Now it says "Max sent you a message" How can I get it to go back to displaying the message? Is it a problem with FaceBook? Is anyone else having this issue?

Depends on which application sends you the notification. Example, Facebook Messenger notification shows me the message, while Facebook app itself just tells me I got a message.

I never use the FaceBook Messenger app but I installed it and i still have the same issue. Its just so annoying that I have to go into the app to see what someone messaged me

Same problem

Sadly I have the same problem and cannot solve it. It is really annoying!
Does anybody have a solution or at least a suggestion? Please... I am using the Messenger on iOS7 (the problem occurred already in iOS6, a month ago).
