Facebook uses a lot of Flash. Does that mean if users update to Big Sur they won't be able to fully use Facebook?

Chrome disables flash for several years now, no problems with Facebook. I'm not sure where do you see flash on Facebook?
I use Facebook to play games. I always have to enable Flash to access the games. If I disable Flash the games won't load. How do I make the games work without Flash?
