has anyone been frustrated with the speed of snail of Facebook, which warns me of "high usage of memory". It is quite weird because i thought this issue just came across the old devices. But it does to the latest devices.

I have never personally seen this warning on FB, but there have been plenty of reports here and elsewhere. Anyway, FB is a very heavy site that runs complex code in your browser and connects to large amount of servers. There can be many reasons, from your network configuration or state, to your behavior and browser extensions you use that could make it lag.

yeah i hope so, but many reports have been all around. I have restored my Macbook to the fresh state and still get that "pains in the butt" :(

I get it as well on my top-spec 27" 2020 iMac with 32 GB RAM 8-core i7, and 15" MBP. FB (and the new Reddit for instance) are very poorly coded websites

I mean... it's Facebook. They are harvesting data from literally everything you do on their site.

yeah i think so, they have stealthily and "illegally" traced and stolen customers' info with their dirty compilers.

Not sure I understand. iOS FB isn't laggy like it is in the OSX browser; since iOS apps can run on M1s perhaps a FB app will be a smoother experience.
