Facebook profile pics as contact photos in iMessage

I've synced my contacts with facebook so all their fb profile pics are now their contact photo, which looks great. However, is there any way to get that to show up in Messages? It's just a bunch of grey bubbles and initials — or is that what everybody else has too?

Thanks but that's already on. I did try switching it off, restarting phone, then switching it back on but no change. It seems to show my own Facebook profile pic for representing myself in a group chat but everyone else is a grey bubble with their initials. Is this just normal for all iPhone users?

I am using the sync.me app to sync photos, and they show up on Imessage

I use sync me as well!

3rd for Sync.Me. It just seems to work. You do have to manually sync it sometimes, but well worth it.
