Facebook push notifications not working?

Since I got my iPhone 4, my push notifications haven't been working even though I have them turned on. Sometimes I'll get alerts but when I have alerts turned off and just badges and sounds, I get neither.

Anyone else having this problem?
 
Yeah that happens sometimes with my facebook too. I haven't tried trying off the alerts but sometimes I get on the computer and realize I have new messages/comments that weren't sent to my phone.
 
Same thing happens to me. I think the error began w/ the newest FB update. I recall it working w/ iOS4 and iPhone before they did a recent update.

Also, any notice how upon opening app, it doesn't automatically reload the posts it has to be done manually. It never did this before.

I am getting this as well but randomly.

same issues... I deleted the FB app and reinstalled it recently and it still has problems.

So I decided I don't need no stinking notifications and turned them all off. :D
 
same here all my push notifications are turned on, but I have disabled Alerts and only enabled Badges, However I have never once received a notification for a Friend Request and Messages in the Inbox....even Comment notifications are a hit or miss....

I just noticed last week that I'm getting a sound when I do get a FB notification, can they add that without an app update??
