iPad mini Facebook Remote Management Prompt on new iPad Mini

I was setting up a new iPad mini 4 for work (I don't work for Facebook) and when choosing set up as new iPad I get prompted with this screen on Remote Management.


Has any ever seen this before on a new device?

Somehow that iPad's serial number is assigned to Facebook's corporate deployment system. You should return it as this isn't something you can remove from the iPad.

Thank you, We have sent the iPad back and our vendor is sending a replacement. Hopefully the new one doesn't have the same issue.
