Facebook scrolling issue on iPhone x

When scrolling down when I press the screen to stop randomly it doesn't stop and the screen is unresponsive

I have reported this to Apple and reset my phone and still the same, so they replaced the phone and still the same

So does anyone else have this problem

I have a iPhoneX 256GB and its only when using facebook
 
I have exactly the same problem.
Happend once on instagram also.
Went to apple store, they replaced the touchscreen module and after a couple of days the problem is back.
It’s very frustrating.

When did it start happening?

Mine started acting 2-3 weeks ago.
 
Same here. Facebook only off & on. iPhone XS.
I think Facebook is the issue, not the phone.
 
Snap. Only FB - not a general phone issue. Seems to happen when scrolling from/to a video I find.

Report anything you think you find. By now someone surely has. You'll just have to wait for a fix. The FB apps are always buggy.

If something only happens on a certain app, it's probably the app. Actually it's almost all but certain to be the app.

I can't believe Apple replaced your phone for this. Did they offer or did you press for it?

I'd be pretty salty if they made me swich my device for something that was so obviously a 3rd party software glitch.
 
They replace my touchscreen module and the speakers cause they have that program since november 9th.

My phone was out of warranty cause I bought it on november 3rd last year so they didn’t replace it. The lady said that if you still have warranty, they replace it. Not worth it to repair.

I have exactly same issue. Did update to IOS 12.1.1 solve your problem?
