I just got my daughter a Macbook Air. Her iphone is on my apple id and her air is on her apple id that she just created. When she tries to sign in to facetime and iMessage on her air she is getting an error message that says "An error occurred during authentication".
Does her air and iphone need to be on the same apple id in order for her to sign in to her facetime and iMessages on the air?
