Hi, my daughter had an iPod touch 5th gen for xmas. Regular facetime video calls work fine but if a facetime audio call is made to or from the iPod the message "Not available for facetime audio" instantly shows. This happens with a number of devices all running the latest version of iOS 7.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm not sure why this wont work try and call someone else and make sure the iPod is using iOS 7.0.4 cuz that fixed facetime issues. If nothing fixes it go to apple they will help. Tell me if it works.
