It keeps saying that and I’m constantly being sent this message by this “SMSinfo” entity:

REG-RESP?v=3;r=294723230;n=+351932281458;s=025D8D443FFFFFFFFF4F0D2E7644053B17F5A25C8C41D329BF2051EEDB

What should I do? Resetting the iPhone didn’t work, toggling off/on iMessage and FaceTime, Wi-Fi, etc. neither.

THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE IOS 13. I’M REALLY MAD AT APPLE FOR THIS CRAPPY SOFTWARE RELEASE!

Help please!

I had the same issue. The only way around was to put it into DFU mode and update the os. The positive is you will not loose any data if you don’t erase prior.

Try to activate it on another internet connection.... If your trying to activate it via wifi try doing it via your data connection..

Usually log out and back into my iCloud account when this happens, then activate iMessage.

Been a bug for me since iOS 7 that hits every once in a while, not exactly new.

I had already tried both methods. None worked out. This is so annoying. Why can’t Apple just fix this?

I have no idea how to do that. Can they do it remotely at Apple Support?

Well, apparently the issue resolved on its own. Just checked and both iMessage and FaceTime are active now, my phone number is listed and it stopped sending me those text messages from “SMSinfo”. Thank Goodness!!!
