What exactly happens when you try it?Facetime is not working on my iPhone 6s after iOS 14.0.1 update. I have tried numerous ways to get it going with no luck.
The camera (front and back) works otherwise? What about trying FaceTime off of WiFi or perhaps on a different WiFi network (if that's possible)?I make a facetime call through the facetime app and I press video. The call never connects it keeps ringing. The camera icon is grayed out to camera off. If I make a regular call it connects and then I press the facetime icon it goes to facetime and the camera icon is still grayed out to camera off. I have checked screen time for any restrictions there are none. I have checked my wifi gateway it looks good. I have tried it at different wifi locations and still the same issue. I have done a soft boot, a hard boot, and a network reset. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the facetime app. I have researched the issue online and have tried all the suggested fixes. I'm stuck!
Plenty of issues that were there when Steve Jobs was around, so that's not really here or there. All of a sudden it started working again. I think it was an apple issue. There are not on top of things like they used to be since Steve Jobs passed.
A billion iPhones out there and your FaceTime issue is because Jobs passed. Wow!All of a sudden it started working again. I think it was an apple issue. There are not on top of things like they used to be since Steve Jobs passed.
