I am trying to get face time working on my Macbook, click on the icon and it starts and i see my mug on the screen, at the top under the three coloured dots i put my wife's name in and that as far as i get.
On one occasion i got as far as seeing where there was a video icon but that was grayed out.
How the hell do i get this to work, as you may guess we want to see/talk to our grankids.
