I’m on the latest iOS and iPadOS for 18.x. I have no trouble enabling Screen Share, but my viewer cannot see my screen. My viewers are my parents and sister. Both of them are not running the latest macOS versions because their computers are older. However, both of them report that on their screen, it reports that Screen Sharing is occurring, yet they continue to only see a video of me and they do not seen my screen.
On their other hand, from my end, I see that I am sharing my screen and FaceTime reports it so.
Does anyone know why they aren’t able to seen my screen? What should I be looking out for to troubleshoot? I have made sure that SharePlay is enabled on my end.
