My friend in the UK has reported this to me as well. I was unable to figure it out until I asked if she had a usb hub and then headset or mic in that hub. She said yes. We connected the logitech directly into the usb port, rather than the hub, and it resolved the issue (so far)

but the problem is that it just goes un responsive have force quit and restart my computer and sometime once and sometimes many before it starts working.
