If it's your first iPad, you'll at least have a chance to return it to the Apple Store if you don't like it.

Not a great deal - I picked up the same model from Apple as a refurb (new case and battery installed by Apple, plus same availability for a warranty). Best deal I found on it.

Don't trust Craig's List and definitely wait for 12.9 pro. If it were 9.7 I would say go for it but 12.9 you should wait.
