A local fellow has a 12 core/128GB RAM/256GB SSD/D500 Trashcan for sale.
It is in excellent condition and a newer build.

I am wondering what a fair price Canadian would be for it?

A good comparison to determine a price would be to see what listings on eBay are asking. Factor in your own needs/desires to arrive at a price that is fair to you and your seller.

I've been following them on Kijiji for a while. Currently there's a 12 core in Montreal with 64GB of ram, D300 and 512GB SSD for $2600CDN with a 90 day warranty. Another one in Toronto has a similarly specced machine but with 48GB of ram for $3500. I'd probably go somewhere in the middle?

Prices for the 2013 Mac Pro have been all over the place the last few months.
