So I got this email today from support@prtaystre.zohodesk.eu, I wonder if it is fake or not, this is the first time I receive such an email and obviously from the email address, it is not Apple who sent it.

Umm very bad English "Learn How to cancle This order" and the email looks dodgy as heck. Did you hover your mouse over the links to see the urls? Anyway I am 120% certain this is not from Apple. Most of all - Fortnite is NOT AVAILABLE on any Apple platform.

This email is trying (poorly) to look like it is from Apple, you know Apple did not send it, yet you wonder if it's fake?

A real apple purchase email (for a product actually available in the app store) will show your apple ID, order ID, not offer to refund you immediately (presuming you have to give some kind of financial info to get this "refund" lol), not have massive spelling errors, come from an apple dot com address, so on

I'm wondering because an email like that is supposed to be in the "Junk" folder. It's in the inbox tho, and I use the stock Mail.app if that makes any difference.

Like ican says sometimes thing slip through a filter. even if it does look more realistic than this, I would never believe an email that claims to come for Apple or X company if it's sent by a random email address like that
