Family account – everyone can see each other's devices

I'm the Family organizer and have shared Apple One etc. with 2 family members.

We are not sharing our locations with each other but strangely enough each member can see everyone's devices, see if they're online, and apparently is able to remote wipe them.

I can't find a way to disable this. What am I missing lol?

Never have used, but reverse the steps?

Share your location with your family - Apple Support

Share your location with family members in the Find My app or the Messages app. You can also help family members locate their missing device.

Check this out:

"If you don't share your location, family members can’t access location information about your devices. Without location information, family members can still help you. They can check your missing device's online or offline status, play a sound on the device, put the device in Lost Mode, or remotely erase the device."

Crazy you can't disable family members from remote wiping your device.
