iPod Family Guy and other cartoons flickering

I'm sure this has been up before, but I couldn't find anything on the subject so... Family guy, American dad, Futurama and other cartoons either have flickering animations and/or the lines pixelated/disorted.
 
More information! On what? your TV? iMac? iPod? Macbook? Display? :confused: Can't help you without more information.
