I have a problem with my Apple Music subscription. I have a Family Plan subscription to Apple Music. My account has no problem and I can use Apple Music on any of my devices. However, my wife, who is a member of Family, is not able to access Apple Music. When ever she tries to play any music via Apple Music, it takes her to a sign-up page and offers her three free months.
I spent nearly an hour on a chat with Apple where they had me logout and log back in to her account in iTunes. We tried removing her from the Family and then adding her back. Nothing worked.
I should note, this is on both her iPhone and iMac, so it looks like it is an account issue.
Anyone else have had this problem before? Anything I can point Apple to get her account fixed?
