Wouldn't you like to know?
In my case, we'll *hopefully* have 3 iPhone's on friday, and with the family plan do you have to activate all 3 iPhone's on one computer, and constantly sync them on the same computer? That would make no sense, except for the one time activation, because that's when it asks you for what plan you want. Thoughts?

Edit: Why don't the iPhone Family Plan's show up on the activation video under selections for plans?
