Hi,

After purchasing Iphone 11 Pro for me and my wife I enabled family cloud to share cloud storage and photos in family shared album. I noticed that after adding photos to family album location information is not visible. Also after downloading photos to device. Original photos on my iphone have location added. Is there a way to turn it on also for shared photos?

Best Regards

There seems to be a problem in general with displaying location for geotagged photos. Many of my photos are randomly not showing location data above the date, even if the photos are pinpointed on the map.

I hope Apple fixes this when iOS 13.1 is released Tuesday. But it appears that they’re choosing to ignore various bugs in order to rush out this software.

Never used family shared album before so I wonder if it is ios 13 bug or if it was like this also in previous system version.

I've noticed that a significant portion of my 30,000-photo library is missing location data that was previously there. I first noticed it by doing a search for "Canada" to bring up a list of photos taken while on a family vacation there. I have hundreds of photos with geotag information, yet I get a final result of about 22 photos from that location. Further investigation has revealed that many of my photos no longer show the geotag location information.

I'm really hoping Apple fixes this issue, soon.
