Family sharing / Kid's screen time

Hi all

Since a few weeks there's strange thing happening on my kid's screen time. I have it set up via family sharing, and let them have 2 hours per day (for a list with all apps) with only two exceptions (Phone and Messages). Until 6 weeks or so ago all worked fine - but since then, random (apparently) apps are left out. Even if all are dimmed on their device's home screen, there would be one or two that were fully functional. (The first was Disney+, and later it was a random game.) A backup via the Mac seemed to solve that but only for 2 days, when other apps were not shutting down. And if that happens, they are still included in the list of controlled apps on my account...

It'd be great if someone could help!

Screen Time for child’s devices got less secure Downtime.
The time zone change "hack" now even works when it was greyed out until iOS 13 by restricting change in location services and time zone being set to automatic.

I‘ve heard about this, and other, hacks - but in this case, that‘s not what‘s happening. It‘s simply that a single apparently random app is not included in the „All Apps“ group.

Screentime crashing glitch

Since upgrading to iOS14 every time I select ScreenTime in Settings, the entire Settings app crashes and I have to close it. I use this to monitor and limit time to my children's devices, and if they request extra time I am no longer notified on the iPhone and cannot provide extra time etc, or...

I have noticed the same issue on my daughers phone. If I set up screen time directly on her phone, then it works as it should. If I set it up remotely from my "parent" phone, some apps are not included in the downtime. I have set it up with max 2 hours for all apps, block when finished + Downtime at the evening. Neither function seems to block those apps. Another thing is that these apps cant be deleted at all for some reason. Even if i fully remove/delete the app (tried both), reboot the phone and they dont show either on the screen or app library, the app is fully accesibel through Search, Siri and if in app store your can hit open. Thus Im thinking this has something to do with family sharing which led me to setting it up directly on her phone and it kinda worked. Whats annoying is that I then cant give her additional time etc if Im not physically there which was very convenient.
