Family sharing loophole - child can view all TV shows purchased on iTunes

I setup a child's account for my kid's iPad. I can restrict access to content, but I've found that

1. I cannot fully block access to the TV app

2. even with content restrictions set to PG, my kid can still navigate to TV > Family sharing and view all the shows I've bought even those for adults e.g Westworld.

Is this a known issue? Any ideas how I can selectively block TV? The whole process is so convoluted.
