iCloud Family Sharing questions

I'm trying to figure out if this is possible. I have apple music/tv/news subscriptions and want to share them with my girlfriend. Easy enough, however she also has family sharing set up for her and her 2 daughters. So she's in charge of her "family". Is there any way she can also be a member of my family? What's the easiest way to set things up so everybody can use all the subscriptions?
 
I was looking for the same information. I am on an Apple Family Plan but want to start one of my own.

Question: Can I create a second Apple ID and use it to start a Family Sharing Plan?

Do you have any other 'family'? If not, one option is for you to join her family.
 
Girlfriend plus family but I would like to be the account holder and subscriber if possible
